Lining Guide

Deluxe/Interlining

This lining provides a full body, excellent drapability and 99% light exclusion. Often referred to as fused lining because one side has a sateen finish while the other side has a soft flannel texture. It’s an excellent choice for those who are concerned with noise reduction and increasing the R-Value of your windows. This lining has a wonderful thick hand and is an excellent choice for a standalone lining for both silk and linen.

Supreme

Our Supreme lining enhances the body of our drapes. It’s a perfect blend of 50% polyester and 50% cotton for maximum softness, wrinkle, UV and moisture control.

Lights Out

If blocking out the light is your issue then this is the lining for you. Lights Out will provide 99% light exclusion with the added bonus of noise reduction and added R-Value. Not only will it protect your drape fabric but it will also protect the harsh UV from damaging floors and furniture. This lining is not the stiff rough blackout linings of the past, it’s unbelievably soft and pliable. We recommend this lining paired with our interlining for silk drapes.

Interlining

If you’ve ever wondered what makes designer silk drapes look so lush, interlining is the secret. Our interlining is a thick weave of 100% cotton. We recommend pairing interlining with any of our other linings for all silk drapes.
